Build the subject from a small set of matte cut felt shapes layered on a felt ground, with visible edge stitches and soft fiber edges; keep details broad enough to remain credible as cut felt. Big shapes only: silhouette, pose, proportions, large color areas. Below fingertip scale use only cut felt edges, seams and overlaps; translate every visible surface into felt and cloth pieces. Eyes and nose, where present, are felt-and-cloth shapes with one cloth-made highlight. Felt fiber and seam texture visible everywhere. No photographic detail, printed outlines, photo bits or text.
Square 1:1 frame. A rectangular felt frame of overlapping red, pink, white and gold hearts with stitched edges along all four sides, with a few small felt roses at the corners. The centre of the frame is a large open area that is fully transparent too, with no lettering anywhere.
Isolated on a fully transparent background: alpha = 0 everywhere outside the artwork, not white, not coloured, no checkerboard pattern, a real alpha channel. The whole artwork sits fully inside the canvas with a clear margin of transparency on every side, its outer rim fully transparent and nothing cropped by the frame. It floats with no cast shadow.
